Indoor Vendor and display spaces will be in the arena to provide as much security as possible. However, all Vendors and Concessions outside are responsibility for your own security. Positioning of applicants will be on a first come, first serve basis and the fair board committee has final say. Tables and props are the responsibility of the applicant. When you register and send payment you will receive a confirmation of registration and payment and a package mailed or ready for pick up.
Insurance ~ All Vendors and Concessions must have proof of insurance Certificate of Insurance indicating public liability in the amount of $2 million must be presented to the Beachburg Agricultural before consideration to accept. Please send this in the email as well. All Crafters and Vendors indoor and out will need proof of insurance. If you do not have access or ability to secure insurance on your own for this short event, you can purchase daily insurance from the link advertised in the contract or below.
