Hit the Ottawa Valley trails on your ATV or UTV, collect a card at each stop, and ride back to the fairgrounds with a shot at the best poker hand. A full morning of riding to kick off the biggest day of the fair.

The morning, step by step
How the run works.
- Register & check in. Check-in runs 8–9 AM at the Beachburg Fairgrounds. Register online in advance for $30 (closing July 8), or walk in for $40 the morning of the event.
- Riders' meeting. A mandatory safety briefing runs 9:00–9:30 AM. Be there before the run departs.
- Run departs. Wheels up at 9:30 AM. Follow the route and pick up one card at each designated stop — no grabbing them all at one stop.
- Cards back by 2:00 PM. Return to the final stop at the fairgrounds before 2 PM. The best poker hand wins $500 cash, and door prizes are drawn right after.

Before you ride
What you'll need.
- An ATV or UTV — legally licensed and insured for Ontario (no lawn tractors, dirt bikes, or bicycles)
- A valid driver's license; riders must be the age of majority
- A DOT- or SNELL-approved helmet
- A valid OFATV trail pass — annual or day passes at OFATV.org
- A signed waiver of liability, completed before departure
- Fair admission for the day (included with your registration)
