Beachburg, Ontario: The count down is officially on to the 2023 Beachburg Fair, set to take place from Thursday, July 6th to Sunday, July 9th. After a year of waiting, the beloved tradition returns with a jam-packed schedule of events and attractions for the whole family to enjoy.

Brought to you by the Beachburg Agricultural Society (BAS), the Beachburg Fair is one of the most anticipated annual events in the region, known for delivering unforgettable experiences for attendees of all ages. This year’s fair showcases the unique spirit of Beachburg and its surrounding communities, celebrating local agriculture, artisans, entertainment, and more.

FAIR HIGHLIGHTS:

Valley Night: Thursday night is Valley Night at the Fair, with special guests Gillan Rutz, Gail Gavan & Dennis Harrigton! The live musical performances by these local legends take place following the horse draw. Be sure to stick around for the fireworks (fire ban permitting)! Admission is $5 suggested donation which will be used to support the maintenance of the grounds.

Agricultural Exhibitions and Competitions: Get up close and personal with livestock shows and displays, homecraft displays in the exhibition hall, sheep shearing demonstrations, horse draw competitions, 4-H shows, and more – all set to showcase the agricultural excellence of our region.

Midway Rides and Amusements: Experience the exhilaration of thrilling rides and classic fairground games at the expansive midway, brought to you by industry leader Robertson Amusements! Midway rides are pay-to-play and not included in the gate admission (ride tickets are sold by Robertson Amusements). On Thursday, all rides are $2. On Friday, take advantage of the all-you-can-ride bracelet for $40!

Live Entertainment: Enjoy a stellar lineup of live entertainment including local legends Gail Gavan, Gillan Rutz and Dennis Harrington performing live July 6th;, a DJ Dance Party by DJ Mike on July 7th,  and local bands Sawmill Road and Riley New Band performing July 8th. The main stage will be buzzing with energy and provide a fantastic atmosphere for all fairgoers.

Family Fun: There will be no shortage of family fun over the weekend with a kids zone featuring Happy Valley Face Painting and Mr Dimple’s Balloon Art. They’ll also be numerous motocross stunt shows, performances by the Ultimutts Stunt Dog team, and interactive shows by Meet the Keepers. Not to mention the Discovery Barn!

Demolition Derby: Brace yourselves for an adrenaline-fueled time as drivers compete in an epic battle of strength and strategy during the highly anticipated Demolition Derby event. Witness the thunderous crashes and roaring engines! Registrations for the demolition derby are being accepted until June 25th.

FMX World Tour Bike Show: Get ready for jaw-dropping entertainment thanks to the FMX World Tour! This extreme action sport show combines the athletic ability and extreme stunt competitions. Shows are taking place at 12:30 pm and 4:30pm on Saturday, July 8th.

Food & Drink: Eat drink and be merry! They’ll be lots of opportunity to fill your belly with local food trucks, the BAS burger booth, the beer gardens, and the fair favourite – the BBQ Pork & Chicken Dinners.

Gate Admission to the fair is $11 (children under 2 are free). Gate admission grants you access to the fair grounds and all entertainment (including the nightly concerts and DJ dance party)! Midway rides are purchased by tickets and are not including in the gate admission.

Advanced tickets are on sale now until July 5th. Advance weekend passes are $25 and grant you access to the fair Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for an $8 savings. Discounted midway ride tickets can also be purchased online.
