Annual General Meeting

The Beachburg Agricultural Society invites everyone out to our Annual General Meeting taking place on Thursday November 21st from 7pm – 9pm at Beachburg Lions Hall (9 Hannah Street, Beachburg). Light refreshments will be served.
The meeting is open to all – including BAS members, volunteers, the local community, and anyone who may be interested in learning more about the incredible year we’ve had with the Beachburg Agricultural Society and Beachburg Fair.
Attendees can expect to hear an annual report, followed by a financial report and elections for our 2025 Board of Directors.
Memberships can be purchased at the AGM or in advance by sending an e-transfer to beachburgfair@gmail.com. Memberships are $5 and our 2024 memberships can be purchased up until the closing of the AGM (after which, any memberships purchased will be for the 2025 year and later).
Our board is seeking a number of new directors and nominations are welcome! All nominees must have their memberships paid up for the 2023, 2024 and 2025 fair years. Nominations can be emailed to beachburgfair@gmail.com.
We are seeking to fill the following: President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President and 5 Directors seats.
