Harness cards are supplied by East Gen.

  1. NLID EZE – IR Tags are compulsory for fairs in 2026
  2. Pedigrees must be produced if requested.
  3. All exhibitors must show proof of liability insurance.
  4. Straw must be supplied by exhibitor.
  5. Revised showing order will be posted the day of show.
  6. Any disputes that may arise shall be brought to director’s attention and the decisions made by directors are final.
  7. An administration fee of 15% will be deducted from prize money totalling $20 or more.
  8. Exhibitors must be members, therefore a $5 membership fee must be paid, if not already an existing member, during registration on the day of the show.  A $5 deduction will be made for the following year’s membership fee.
  9. All entries must be submitted using Assist Expo by July 5, 2026. Please find the link below and on our website:  beachburgfair.can

PeeWee Showmanship

Spring or summer heifer (6 months and under), shown by boy or girl, 10 years and under;  4-H members not eligible. $10 prize money.

OPEN SHOW

Prize Money: 1st – $65, 2nd – $55, 3rd – $45, 4th – $35, 5th – $25, 6th to 8th – $10

Class 1:

Spring heifer: March 1, 2026 – May 31, 2026

Class 2:

Winter heifer: December 1, 2025 – February 28, 2026

Class 3:

Fall heifer: September 1, 2025 – November 30, 2025

Class 4:

Summer Yearling: June 1, 2025 – August 31, 2025

Class 5:

Spring Yearling: March 1, 2025 – May 31, 2025

Class 6:

Winter Yearling: December 1, 2024 – February 28, 2025

Class 7:

Fall Yearling: September 1, 2024 – November 30, 2024
