- One entry per person in each section.
- Any containers or bottled goods will be opened by the Judge.
- Exhibits should be on a disposable plate, entry tag attached to the plate and in a clear plastic bag with ziploc or twist tie closing.
- Multiple items are to be from the same recipe (eg cookies, muffins, tarts etc)
- All exhibits must be the produce of the exhibitor, made ‘from scratch’ with no mixes.

All containers must be glass pint (500 ml) or 1/2 pint (250 ml) jars, sealed with new lids. Tags to be tied on without decorations or coloured ribbons. Containers will be opened for judging.

CLASS 27 ONTARIO ASSOCIATION of AGRICULTURAL SOCIETIES (OAAS)
1. OAAS Butter Tart Competition
Prize Money: 1st $10, 2nd $8, 3rd $6
- A total of four (4) tarts to be shown at Fair level.
- Tarts must be full size tarts (not mini or bite size) and must not contain fruit or nuts ( ie no raisins, no pecans).
- First prize exhibitor qualifies to enter District Competition in the Fall of 2025. District winner qualifies to enter OAAS Competition in February 2026. Details will be provided to winner.

- Judging Standard – 20% General Appearance, 40% Crust and 40% Filling.
2. OAAS Junior Chocolate Chip Cookie Competition
Prize Money: 1st $10, 2nd $8, 3rd $6
- Contest is open to all youth up to age 15 years.
- Four (4) cookies to be displayed on a plate in a bag and tagged.
- Plain chocolate chip cookies, with no nuts, must be no larger than 2.5″ (6.5cm) and no smaller than 2″ (5cm).
- First prize exhibitor qualifies to enter District Competition in the Fall of 2025. District winner qualifies to enter OAAS Competition in February 2026. Details will be provided to winner.
